Availability of products; Many of the products displayed on our website are available for order as IN-STORE PURCHASE / COLLECTION ONLY. For these products please contact us for information on stock availability and lead time before making a purchase.

We are only able to ship products to valid UK postal/addresses and cards registered to the corresponding address.

Faulty Products
You will not be charged when returning faulty items.

Changing Your Mind
Should you change your mind about a purchase: we operate under the standard UK distance selling laws. When returning a product purchased from Acoustic Streams you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to let us know that you wish to do so. You then have another 14 days to return the product to us once we have been informed of the cancellation. The goods must be returned in resalable condition with all packaging and accessories.
